When you live your life with an open heart and ope
When you live your life with an open heart and open mind, sometimes people will underestimate you and think you weak.
It's actually the opposite. It takes courage to be human, to be vulnerable, and to be present. It takes courage to give compassion and empathy. To act with integrity, even if others don't.
The people who show up, exactly as they are, are the ones who grow and experience all the beauty this world has to offer. When we judge from the safety of a comfort zone, we only end up stuck in place, and that is the biggest failure.

Some captures from my recent return to Bangkok after the Covid pandemic. The city was my home for many years, it's crazy sometimes to think how many memories I have made here.
The city has always been good to me. And it was here where I grew up and became a man, and for that I'll always be grateful! 🙏

None of us get to stay young forever, but we can make each day matter. We can get up and do the hard things, everyday. We can use our imagination to write the reality that we want.
For years, after I picked up a travel magazine at the airport in Mexico city, scaling the cliffs at Railay was on my bucket list. Now, it's just another Thursday.
We all have our own daily problems and that never changes. The "honeymoon" phase of travel ended for me a long time ago, but it's good to pause sometimes and remind myself to be grateful 🙏

Einstein said that the most important question facing humanity is, "Is the universe a friendly place?" 😊🌏
Because how we answer determines how we spend our time and energy -- whether we use our resources to build walls and destroy all that is unfriendly or whether we build bridges and strive for understanding and growth. ⚡️
My proudest accomplishment of the past two years has been the steps towards mastery I've taken over my mind, learning how to consciously direct it and shape it in a way that serves me.
The human mind is highly suggestible in ways that are difficult for us to fathom. It accepts whatever we let in -- good or bad. ⚖️
I've wasted too many years letting my thoughts run on autopilot, steering me to places that I didn't really want to go.

If somebody asks me, "What do you like to do on Sundays?" Well... y'know 🤣🤣

How to develop your intuition and consciously dire
How to develop your intuition and consciously direct your life, every day ⚡️
In some of my recent posts, I have talked about the importance of listening to your intuiton and following it throughout your life.
In this video I want to share a couple of the best ways to enter the "doorway of the subconscious," develop your intuition and listen to your inner voice and how to use it for creative problem solving.
These are some of the simplest and most effective ways to develop your intuition and to really understand it and shape it.

Self expression manifests itself through appreciat
Self expression manifests itself through appreciation.
When you paint, for instance, you paint a cherished lover or a sunset chiaroscuro or a beautiful park.
Those who do not freely practice appreciation, ideally daily, block their ability to create.
Therefore share your gifts unapologetically, without fear, without reservation. Without boundaries, without conditions. It is the highest calling that we can strive for in life.
Do not stifle your passion or your inner energy. Let your beauty flow outwards from your center so that those around you know that they've been touched by love.
Let your soul be a lighthouse that can lead others out of their own darkness and bring them home. ⭐
You have the courage inside of you, you just have to take the step. 🙏

Do you know the analogy of the compass and the roc
Do you know the analogy of the compass and the rocket?
Many people are so busy every day pouring rocket fuel into a tank with a hole in the bottom. We're so starved for time trying to get wherever it is we're going without knowing where exactly we're going in the first place.
Many people don't know that they have an internal compass that can guide them in the right direction, and even if they do they are not trained in how to listen to it.
Why is this?
Lots of people talk about the importance of "doing what you love" but I think more important and relevant advice is "to live consciously and do things consciously."
Because here's the reality: People who live consciously do better work 🙏
They build better businesses and better products and generally accelerate everything they do. They are more fulfilled (fulfillment is relative, like a scale from 1-100 and we all have a number somewhere in the middle).
Living consciously is easy: stop submitting (willingly or unwillingly) to peer pressure and social pressure and family pressure telling you to how you live your life and what you should be doing everyday.
Instead, practice the art of listening to your inner voice and developing intuition.
In the near future, I'm going to cover a number of techniques that you can use to put your intuition on steroids (it may not be what you expect!)

One of the most important lessons that I learned l
One of the most important lessons that I learned last year is that "success" is a FEELING. Some people try to visualize their ideal future in their minds, or on a vision board, but they don't feel successful. They feel like impostors or that they are always falling short.
In this video I share a simple technique I have learned to help you gain more confidence and turn your beliefs and desires into CONVICTIONS that you feel so strongly that they have no choice but to manifest into reality. It will also help you to brush aside setbacks, fear, delays and doubts which don't align with your vision.
Hope you find it useful!

Writing for me is a conduit for expressing and und
Writing for me is a conduit for expressing and understanding my thoughts and emotions. The mind is such a vast landscape that most of us have barely explored or understand and though I often feel as though I'm in the dark, I do enjoy the journey of self-discovery and shining a light into the darkness.
For many years, whenever my anxiety or depression felt too strong for me to function, I would write every thought onto the page to get it out of my head and give it a physical form that could be acted upon and addressed in a constructive way.
Until recently, I never thought just to write just because I was happy. But that's what I hope to do more of lately 😊 I hope to extend the lifespan of these moments, that the feeling of bliss and peace may manifest through multiple iterations and permeate my life for many days and nights to come.

There's quite a few places I've been all around th
There's quite a few places I've been all around the world that I can remember as clearly as the day I visited them. Sometimes your mind takes a snapshot of the scene around you and you never forget it. My mind sometimes revisits these places when I meditate to help find its center.
I'll surely add this place to the list and when I do I'll remember the feeling of the grass, the color of the water, the warmth of the bright sun on my face, and the song of the birds all around.
