What an incredible week. What an incredible community.
Over a hundred nomads, founders, and remote professionals from 25+ countries. 30+ world-class speakers. Seven days in the Himalayas. Together, we came together to create a new story for Nepal. One of optimism, hope, collaboration, and support for this beautiful country we all know and love.
To our speakers — you shared your wisdom, your stories, and your hearts. You challenged us, inspired us, and reminded us why we do this.
To every attendee — you showed up. You were present. You made this week unforgettable.
To the Nepali community — you welcomed us like family. You showed us the real meaning of Atithi Devo Bhava.
To Ken Honda — thank you for travelling halfway across the world to share your wisdom and giving back with an open heart to Nepal. Your dream came true, and you made ours come true too.
We laughed. We learned. We danced. We trekked. We connected. We gave back. Every single person showed up, and gave their all. And together, we raised funds for the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support victims of the Rasuwa floods.
Organizing an international event in an emerging market is always challenging and unpredictable. Organizing one when a monsoon unleashes historic flooding takes it to unprecedented levels.
Yet we persisted, in spite of everything: last-minute speaker and attendee cancellations, highway closures, negative headlines for Nepal, and bad-faith attempts by an ex-local partner to run a copy cat event and sabotage ours.
If nothing else, I hope this becomes a story of resilience. Pushing onward in the face of every setback to create something great. If we can do it here in Nepal, it can be done by anyone, anywhere.

What’s Next?
Ken said he had a great time hanging out with everyone here in Nepal, and wants to return again in March. So our next reunion might not be too far off.
