Mastermind Information

The Core Focus of this mastermind community is on “Dreamlining” and your Primary Dream-Goals: These aren’t just any goals, they’re meant to be completely unrealistic, extraordinary.

Each goal must have a specific desired outcome, with tangible, measurable metrics.

Dream-Goals fall within Three Categories: Being, Having, Doing

Try your best to identify what your Target Monthly Income, Target Daily Income will need to be to fulfill each dreamgoal. List each of the: Steps Today, Steps Tomorrow, Steps the Day After to take for each dreamgoal.

For more information or to fill out your own “Dreamlining” worksheet please see this page.

Benefits

We’re building this group to create a community, support system, and resource for further developing our entrepreneurial goals. By having an established community, people are much more likely to be successful in their entrepreneurial ventures. Through the group, we’re able to have a supportive network that provides discourse, advice, and accountability, to each member as they strive to meet and exceed personal and professional goals.

After a few months in this mastermind, you WILL see a noticeable improvement in all areas of your life. By connecting, sharing, supporting each other and keeping ourselves accountable, members make quicker progress. Focus goes where attention flows.

Members will feel more confident with a strong supporting group, and hold higher standards of themselves. You can’t help but think bigger and stretch beyond your boundaries when surrounded by amazing people doing amazing things.

We want this to be a place where we can network, openly share ideas, contacts, opinions, and above all things hold each other accountable for our goals. That feeling of “being alone” while running your business is gone. The other members of the group turn into business advisors of sorts and vice versa.

Joining a mastermind expands your network exponentially and rapidly. By joining a mastermind, you instantly add to your network and typically gain the networks of those in the group with you. When you join a mastermind, you will most likely find ways to help each other by utilizing cross promotion. Finding ways to help each other through promoting to your respective networks.

We often invite highly successful mentors on as guests. *Great way to foster new connections.* For example if someone is on the cover of INC magazine, we can invite them on to our mastermind call to share their experiences with us and answer any questions we have.

Cost

$100 for one-year membership (we charge simply as a filter, to attract and recruit high-quality members)

Below are some basic points on how the sessions will be conducted.

Notes

Please don’t show up if you’re going to show up late for the sake of the other member’s of the group; if you cannot make the call please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Each member can invite only (1) person to attend as a membership candidate each 12 months. Exceptions for”guest-mentors” who only attend once.

When planning to invite someone, ask other members for approval at the END of masterminding session, for the person to attend as a GUEST at next month’s hangout. Information about the individual should be shared with other members. Then other members may vote up or down on the individual.

If you miss 3 consecutive months without prior notice, you will be removed from the group.

Agendas

Each mastermind session will be informally led by a moderator to avoid too much digression.

There may be a specific topic for each meeting, and each member will get the opportunity to pick a topic for one meeting. For example, topics can be related to sales processes, personal development topics, social media strategy, etc.

In the beginning of the meeting everyone will share one success or breakthrough they’ve had over the past month. This helps set a positive tone to the meeting. Agendas will consist of specific topics of conversation, general updates from each member, and a resources & quick tips section (book recommendations, upcoming events/meetups, new apps, etc).

Every member should bring along something they can contribute to each meeting. This doesn’t need to be something tangible, but can be a book recommendation, Youtube video, eBook, or something similar.

Confidentiality

We want to create an ‘open kimono’ community in which all members feel comfortable and safe to share ideas, resources, and project details. Please consider all information disclosed during a Mastermind session to be strictly confidential. Please also imagine that you have signed an NDA whenever anyone shares their business ideas, in other words don’t steal anyone’s ideas.

New Members

Given that we have a limited number of members, we are open to grow this group, but still contain it to a relatively small number for the sake of quality and managing capacity. For this reason, we will develop a democratic system for nominating & approving new members in which all current members will anonymously vote electronically, and majority will rule. New members will be selected based upon dedication to entrepreneurship and the potential for contributing to the group.

Questions to ask Potential Applicants:

    • Do you have a personal or business mission or vision statement?
    • What are your five-year goals?
    • What is your commitment to moving forward in your business and personal life?
    • Why should you be chosen to participate in this group?

Guests

We want to frequently bring in entrepreneurial guests for interviews, presentations, and Q&A sessions to allow our group to receive some sense of mentoring from established entrepreneurs.

Archives

Basic notes will be taken throughout the course of each Mastermind group and will be available to all afterwards. Confidential info shared throughout the course of a Mastermind will not be included in the archives.
